Emmanuel Lang'eda

Emmanuel, 12, comes from a very poor family. His father passed away and his mother left him to be raised by his grandmother who struggled to provide him with basic necessities. As a result, Emmanuel ran away to try and survive on the streets of Arusha. Emmanuel is in Amani’s education program and is trying very hard to learn how to read. Amani’s top acrobatic contortionist, Emmanuel splits his time between training and helping out in the kitchen. His dream is to one day become a soldier or a security guard.
