Godfrey Leshock

Godfrey is 15 years old and comes from Arusha. He fought constantly with his mother and ran away to escape being beaten by her.

He faced many difficulties while on the streets, being beaten by older homeless people and struggling to find food. During his two years on the streets of Arusha Godfrey’s mother passed away.

Godfrey is working towards completing his primary school education in Amani’s Onsite Education Program. He excels at math and science and is a skilled gymnast. He hopes to make his living by working as an artist.
