Joseph Onesmo

Joseph left home because of severe poverty and constant harassment from his step mother. While living on the streets, he supported himself by begging and carrying luggage for tourists. Now 17 years old, Joseph has become a very mature young man. In 2007, he even received the Amani “Child of the Year” award for being a positive role model to the younger children.
