Yusuf Hussein

Yusuf’s parents were loving and caring people. However, they were impoverished and unable to send him to school. Over time, Yusuf developed some delinquent behaviors which he learned from his friends, which led him to the streets. He was encouraged to come to Amani by our street educator, and since coming his behavior has greatly improved. He enjoys his studies and dreams of going to university to study more and become an important person in society. He enjoys drumming and acrobatics. Amani’s social workers are working to reunite the family.
